Civil Society statements in support of the WASH in healthcare resolution

Following on from the civil society letter signed by 93 different organizations, statements were presented from the floor at the World Health Assembly resolution on WASH in health care facilities. These included from:
- Global Health Council, Inc.
- International Women’s Health Coalition Inc.
- IntraHealth International Inc.(IntraHealth)
- Medicus Mundi International – Network Health for All
- The World Medical Association, Inc.
- WaterAid International
- World Organization of Family Doctors
- World Vision
- Global Water 2020.
It is due to a united voice and strong commitment from many that this resolution was passed on 25 May.
